If not on strict temperature or (GDP) quality schemes, the shipments are usually collected to our own Schiphol warehouse from here. If on full GDP or temperature control bases, LFS makes use of the services of a neutral partner in that field. They collect with certified drivers and vehicles compliant to the rules and regulations and temporarily store – temperature controlled in many cases – before tendering to the airline or consignee or their 3d party logistics partner.

Due to the frequency of shipments moving, we have gotten to know the people in and processes of the expedition departments of the suppliers very well, creating ease of local handling and quick and efficient follow up of rate requests or shipment instructions.
