Import of mobile X-RAY units for Dutch customs

We have recently imported the latest model X-Ray vehicle, ordered by Dutch customs. All mobile, Mercedes van based X-ray units deployed at Schiphol Airport and in Rotterdam port, have been handled by LFS.

In the United States, these vans are being built bespoke and according to the exact requirement of Dutch customs. After arrival at Schiphol airport, they are being made EU road worthy by a Mercedes Benz dealer and the Dutch customs decal is being applied in the same go. The vans are extremely valuable, mainly due to the x-ray equipment custom built inside.

Import of this specific van went without hitches and the van can be seen at work in Dutch (air)ports soon.
